Paul Greenberg

Paul Greenberg is a bestselling author of Four Fish: The Future of the Last Wild Food and American Catch: The Fight for Our Local Seafood, the first of which received the 2011 James Beard Award for writing and literature. He also co-wrote a 2017 PBS Frontline documentary called The Fish On My Plate. His upcoming book, The Omega Principle: Seafood and the Quest for a Longer Life and a Healthier Planet, will be published in July 2018. Paul’s journalism in publications including The New York Times, The New Yorker, and Yale Environment 360 also covers themes of ocean conservation and sustainability and health in the fisheries industry. He has been a National Endowment for the Arts Literature Fellow, a Pew Fellow in Marine Conservation, and a W.K. Kellogg Foundation Food and Society Policy Fellow, and lives in New York City.
