About Hilaria Espin

Hilaria Espin is the Head of the Communications Unit at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Libya. She is leading a team of international communication officers and local reporters with the aim of making visible the dramatic situation in Libya and the work that UNDP is doing there to help the country to get back to a robust development path. Previously Hilaria was based in Juba, South Sudan, where she oversaw the digital communication for UNDP in South Sudan. She started her career as a journalist at the Spanish National Radio and Television Corporate.
