I study the diagnostic and mechanistic implications of circulating tissue specific exosomes in disease states. The primary thrust of my work is focused on development of novel biomarker platforms in the fields of transplantation and aortic aneurysm disease. We are currently investigating the translational potential of tissue specific exosomes in these disease conditions.
