About Amy Berman
Amy Berman is a Senior Program Officer with the John A. Hartford Foundation, where she heads the development and dissemination of innovative, cost-effective models of care that improve health outcomes for older adults. She is responsible for the Foundation’s work with AARP and the Family Caregiving Alliance to prototype evidence-based caregiver support within the Administration for Community Living’s aging network, models of care aimed at improving care transitions, and efforts to advance palliative care.
