About Benjamín Torres Gotay
Benjamín Torres Gotay studied journalism at the University of the Sacred Heart (San Juan, Puerto Rico). He is the deputy editor of El Nuevo Día, Puerto Rico’s leading newspaper. He also publishes an award-winning and influential weekly column titled ‘Las Cosas por su Nombre’. He is an author, and last year he published his first novel, titled ‘Tatuajes en cuerpo de niña’. He lives in San Juan with his wife and three children.
